Post 19 is a leading Life Skills and Support Centre for young adults with learning disabilities located in Farnham. The activities available at the centre are wide ranging and can lead to exhibitions, and productive work. They include art projects, woodwork, graphic design, media, horticulture and farming to name but a few!

This prize is a wooden planter suitable for all types of outdoor plants. It will add a natural rustic theme to your garden and is a popular project at Post 19.
